[Indlinux-telugu] Bad state of Gcompris localisation

Hi all teams,
I am not saying "Translation" , I am using the word " Localisation"
and Yes Gcompris Telugu is definitely unusable. I am not saying other
languages are ahead even hindi is not that great. But with initiatives
like Balaswecha for children going on I kind of expected Gcompris to
be already in a finished state and was showing it to a friend and
voila there wasn't much to show in telugu.

yes I repeat translation of strings is not enough. Read
http://gcompris.net/wiki/Translation_addons which asks for 3 wordlists
for 3 games and a page for advanced colours to be localised. Next
important one would be voice recordings.

PS : Some of them might have been already finished in latest version .
I checked it on mint 17 .
