  Added files:
    translib/utf8maps    kan-utf8.map 
  Log:
  Initial version of Unicode ->phonetic mapping for Kannada that will be used
  as the input for translib's transliteration API. This is done, for now, for
  easy applicability of transliteration rules (that are given in
  kan-translit.txt) to transliterate one 'word' of the input.
