  Log:
  Minor changes to the website generation template:
  o update the copyright string to include the current year
  o add template for the common footer used in all status reports
  o make the HTML code Google search box comply to known standards
  o Add a link to the new 'About' page in the site wide navigation bar
  o "Sourceforge" -> "SF.Net Page" in the navigation bar.  I've not
    decided whether this link is superfluous or not.
  o spam-proof (hopefully) webmasters email address
