Hi all, I am updating the status map on Indic localization as available here - http://www.indlinux.org/doc/status06.html Please check status for your respective languages and update for changes to make..=20 Current languages included (major) - Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Oriya, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu. minor languages (no or little l10n) - Manipuri, Sanskrit... & maybe rest of the langs mentioned in the constitution list of 22 scheduled languages. A seperate chart could be made for these. There are couple of fields 'website' & 'list' basically to indicate whether there is a central team website/wiki/portal for activities for that language and if a public mailing list or discussion group exists. the color is a rough indicator of list traffic.. yellow meaning low volume..(less than 30mails pm). Feedback on platform status matrix also welcome http://www.indlinux.org/doc/l10n_plat.html (this one is heavily outdated!).. It (will) show(s) whether a language is officially supported / or if lang packs or packages for it are available in the released versions. suggestions welcome.
