Subject: HOIT'07 on ICT for the Next Billion in IIT-Madras Greetings: The biennial IFIP conference on Home-Oriented IT (HOIT) will be held in IIT-Madras during 22-25th August 2007. The theme of this conference is "Home/Community Oriented ICT for the Next Billion". The conference is being held in India as we expect that a substantial part of the "next billion" will be in Indians.
