Further update. The FreeBSD handbook has switched to DocBook5 for its
build.

I believe it makes more sense to change the build to use DocBook5 instead
of continuing with the older version.
Let me know if any of you disagree.
Quite likely the first patch would be a switch to the new DocBook with a
working build, without any functional changes to the handbook content.
Currently attempting to get book/faq work which is one of the smaller
builds.
