Inscript keymap 'tam' is available in all distros, more keymaps &
different fonts you can find in files section of 
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/tamilinix/

Mozilla 1.8 ownwards have pango rendering enabled in it ( though one
has to compile it with --enable-pango options ). More on this is at
