You dont need a seperate keyboard to type tamil.
You need to just have a keyboarddriver software  to type tamil using
your english keyboads itself.

You can download keyboard driver programs like ekalappai, Murasu,
Nalinam, Thunaivan, Kural , Suvadi etc.. from Internet for free.
