[Indic-computing-users] Bitstream's release of fonts under Open Source

Bitstream announced the release of 10 of its fonts (10
variations of one of its fonts, rather) under open-source,
in an agreement with the Gnome Foundation.

Any gains from this for the Indic-computing effort?
