Exactly. I am sure there are many on this list who have had
experience with Societies- they are a pain to manage. With a
Trust, the annual legal compliance issues are orders of
magnitude lesser. Societies have only one thing in their
favour- they are very democratic.

Of course, this is assuming that the incorporation *has* to
take one of these forms:-)
