[Indic-computing-users] OTF font

Hi all,
 I have the mo files for kde, both for tamil and hindi.
 When I set the font for tamil, it is displaying tamil strings in hindi. 
 Even for hindi it is displaying the hindi strings with hindi font.
 I changed the font in the control center of KDE.
 What might be the problem ?
