[Indic-computing-users] Size of Indian Language Computing Market?

During the Indic workshop someone had mentioned that there was
a study carried out by a Mumbai agency on the size of the Indian
Language Computing market. Though it was discussed and felt that 
it was 'premature' to talk about market size I would like to try
to get hold of any inputs from that study.

Can someone point me to the study or who has done it.
