The resources she will need are-
A PC/laptop with 
-WinXP or Win2K
-OfficeXP (Optional)
-VOLT
-FontLab/FCP/pfaEdit/Fontographer or any other font glyph 
creation/editing tool **
-FPEditor
-VTT (optional)

Most of these tools are available on microsoft.com/typography 
site and are free downloads. NCST should have them already. I 
have them, except the tool marked with ** (I do have pfaEdit 
and FCP(eval)). I can burn a CD and courier, if necessary.
