Im actually not working too much on the Handbook.  I do have some plans
for working on the Technology Map, but they are currently on hold for
the next month or so as I will be working in field under very poor
connectivity so it would be hard to do the neccesary research.  

But around Nov / Dec I hope to start working on the Technology Map and
some other things related to indic-computing.   In the meantime someone
else feel free to take it up.
