Sun has an agreement with wipro, bangalore , to have some developers at wipro work on Gnome project. Though I dont think it involves localisation work. Also of importance in STSF project from Sun. A typeface rendering framework. http://stsf.sourceforge.net/ www.Li18nux.net is also majorly supported by Sun.
