All possible sources, including the ones on the chart would still be worth 
using. No single font will have all the glyphs anyway. 

The question is: are there any copyright issues wrt to the pdf?

7. Modification is not permitted with respect to this document. All copies 
of this document must be verbatim. 

I'm not very sure if the permissions are there, although it does seem absurd 
not to be able to use the charts.
