Though I agree with what you say and we had been discussing with Koshy 
on these issues for long. I but sincerely suggest that all of us should 
try to get some more interested/ dedicated guys in the loop and try to 
get more result on board. Just my thoughts, If you would be able to give 
sometime for the workshop and try to find interested participants may be 
you would be able to get some elusive feedback.
