Hello Ajay, Vartaalap "also" supports chat. A closer examination will reveal that it supports collaborative workspaces by providing white boards and more... Of course Manoranjan at NCST banglore will fill you in on the finer details. I had a similar view of vartaalap till these good people showed me the actual demo. Your ideas on NCST joining in on adding Indic support to linux are very valid and in line with NCST's efforts thus far.
