Yes, I have ;-).

IndiX has its own Indic Script Shaping engine. It has
functions for Syllable breaking, Reordering, etc. Logic for
turning ON/OFF script features is also inside the Indic
library. For parsing tables of Opentype font, it uses
FreeType library.
