[Indic-computing-devel] Java and hi_IN support

The JDK 1.4 announcement that went out today claimed hi_IN support. I've 
downloaded and installed the Linux version, but can't find anything 
specific to Hindi. Does anyone on this forum know exactly what the 
announcement means ?
