[Indic-computing-standards] New Proposal CBM For Indic scripts

It is proposed to solve current ambiguities and would particularly =
effect Malayalam.
It also address concerns I have herd from Kanada users.
As far as Malayalam implementers is concerned, If this proposal were to =
be excepted, all that should need to be done in current apps, would be =
to replace all ZWNJs with CBMs

Questions:
Is the proposal acceptable and is it the way to go?
Are there better examples I should be using?
Are the examples correct?
Can you supply examples in other scripts?
