Somebody should take the pains of putting up the papers presented at 
workshop on the net.  I had suggested this earlier to the people who 
were sending out the invitations.  That will help the guys who could 
not attend the w'shp get a feel of the issues.

The sensible way out is to include the chillus in the unicode 
standard.  This is already recommended, but not yet accepted, as I 
understand it.
