[Indic-computing-standards] (Fwd) [indic] Three new Technical Notes posted

From Indic Unicode mailing list. Pl note the Indic sorting paper by Cathy 
(http://www.unicode.org/notes/tn1/). Post your opinion if there is any dicrepancy.

I will be meeting her personally in Feb. (between 18 -20). If any of you have any issues in 
Indic sorting, please send me a detailed write-up. I will take it up with her. I am very happy to 
say that the Kannada sorting is now perfect in Unicode and Windows because of my efforts.

Three new Unicode Technical Notes are now available on the Unicode website.

The new notes are:

That's great to know. Where are you going to meet her ? If it's in
Bangalore, pls let me know the venue/timings, I will join you. Thanks.
Also, I will go thru the above-mentioned notes on sorting and get back to
the folks on this list.
