[Indic-computing-devel] Collating and sorting

Hi,
I am currently working on a multi-language app as part of a college research project. I was wondering if anybody has done any research or has any suggestions on how to do sorting / collating(ordering) of Indic languages. 
Is there any source from where I can get default collating orders for different scripts?
