hello Saravanan,
thx for writin in...;)
AFAIK.....none of the Personal Access Devices availble in the market today
has a Memory Storage Footprint of nything more than 64MB of FLASH.
So...unless one would suggest goin in for the IBM 1GB MicroDrive, it isn't
a very interestin proposal to get KDE/Gnome runnin with local language
support on these Devices.
Instead....could i put the following points, nd u give me ur feedback as
to if i am on the right track.
--> Embedded QT could be a fairly good option, nd since QT is fairly easy
to codein a lot of developers around the world have taken up to writing
apps for QT. But as u would know better than me....localisation isn't very
well built into QT as of now.
--> Embedded GTK
--> GTK 2.0
--> tiny-x
--> Microwindows
Out of the above....the only options that seem plausible to continue work
on are Embedded QT and Embedded GTK(GTK-FB) / GTK2.0.
I personally feel Embedded QT could be the winner here....wat say...???
UR earnest opinions are invited.
