Log:
o Part 2 of documentation toolchain support for our extensions
to Docbook:
- extract the contents of <indicphrase> and <grapheme>
elements so that these can be further rendered by an external
tool.
- When generating HTML from SGML insert references to IMG elements
containing the appropriate rendered glyphs.
- Makefile support for the above.
o Todo:
- To write the tool that generates the graphics from the contents
of the new elements.
- To describe how everything works in our Documentation Build
Infrastructure document.
