A few weeks ago, I downloaded and installed IndiServer on my MacBook computer so that I'll be able to control my Takahashi Temma mount using the Cartes du Ciel planetarium program. I think everything is working except one important thing. In the Site Management section, I see my latitude and longitude listed correctly, but the time (UTC) is blank. And, when I type in the correct time and hit "Set", I get an error message saying the format is incorrect. I've tried various ways to write the time, including hh:mm:ss and I always get the "incorrect format" error message. So, my question is: why is it empty to start with and, if that's not fixable, how do I enter the time manually?
It needs to be ISO8601 format!
Thanks Jasem! That’s very interesting.
I wonder if there’s any way to get my computer to automatically fill that in when I start the app.

It depends on the client. If you use KStars, it would be filled automatically.
I use Cartes du Ciel.

Can we update things so that Cartes du Ciel also will fill in automatically?

That's the client's responsibility. Please contact SkyCharts developers.
Ok. Thanks.
