#64 Windows bug fix realease 7.0a does not run using Java 6
I'm not sure if this a bug or needed for fix but (although otherwise stated) the "Impro-Visor 7.0a Release bug-fix" does not run using a Java 6 runtime. It needs a Java 7 runtime in fact.
However, the original 7.0 release binaries do run with Java 6.
Version 8.1 bundles Java with it.
