I saw their was a previous note mentioning this but as it was years old and was the user that submitted it never followed up I thought it best to write a new one.

As previously said, World of Warcraft doesn\'t seem to ever show up; I have tried without fiddling with the Whitelist and after adding Wow to it. I have tried restarting all of the programs and even the whole system but to no success it seems.

I am running Windows Vista Home Premium SP1.

Here is a screenshot showing the changes I have made: http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q193/dasime1/IMInGame_Error.png It was too big for the uploader due to my screen setup, hehe

Thanks in advance
Dave

    Thank you for your report.
Since everything in your configuration seems to be in order, based on your screenshot, I guess there is some sort of incompatibility with WoW. The white list not not kicking in when you push the "force update" button somewhat puzzles me.
I'll download the WoW client and try it for myself.

I have tried to reproduce the issue on my setup (XP 32) but the problem does not happen there. Since I have no Vista/7 pc I cannot test this in the same conditions as you for now.
I changed titile of the bug ticket to reflect this.
