#1 program will not run

when i try to run image leech or image leech gui i get

You must install the libgtk-perl package for your distro to
get this to run... although it doesnt work even once its
running.. not for me anyways... its possible but unlikely
that I'm doing something wrong, but with no documentation
who the hell knows?
