Thanks Rohan, You Aussies are do things the wrong way round. State associations and year end in june. Therefore I will program the software as it is so a association has a country and area, and individual year end. This is complex but it is much easier to do it at this stage than later. I can also see the US doing the same kind of state thing if the boats take of there, so that is another reason to do it. All the best, Doug > Yep, IMCA Australia has multiple State Associations.
