Guys,

Do you know if the AUS districts run their own membership lists and books?

I am starting to programing the join the IMCA thing and I need to know if
a country can have many associations or is it one country one accosiation?
 I think Aus is the only case where this maybe true.

I can do this easily now but it is hard to change later so do we want it
simple or complex?
