Preprocessing under ImageJ
The macros in Downloads/Preprocessing_ImageJ processes the images in three steps:

1. Noise removal
2. Homogeneous kernel convolution
3. Image resizing and export
   
   

Versions
The macro files are customized for 4-binned images obtained from the following cameras:

LumBatch4Bin.txt
LV200 40x objective with Hamamatsu ORCA-variant camera.

LumBatch4Bin-FN1.txt
FN1-R2 custom-made system with 20x objective and Hamamatsu ORCA R2.

LumBatch4Bin-ImagEM.txt
FN1-R2 custom-made system with 20x objective and Hamamatsu ImagEM.
