Image Tools is a desktop application to capture the display as an image or open an existing image file, crop and annotate it if necessary, and save the image. It features line and text annotation and undo/redo.

This is the final release of version 1.4.0.
We have finalised this release and are continuing main development toward a 1.5 release.
