#1 exe file faces a problem when i am trying to open it

when i am trying to open the ImageRobot.exe file, an error message appears saying than "The application ImageRobot.exe faced a problem and it's operation has to be terminated " the message as me to inform Microsoft too about this problem(a button appears that asks me to send the feedback to Microsoft). My operation system is Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 3.
could you please find why this error is occured and fix it?
