As a matter of fact, 0.8.14 RC1 is available right now:

     http://download.ilohamail.org/files/IlohaMail-0.8.14-rc1.tar.gz

It'll be released officially once the Debian/RPM packages are ready. 
Please note that this is a Release Candidate.  Some testing is
recommended prior to largescale deployment.  If you're paranoid, you
can also wait for 0.8.14-Stable.
