Are you using the default OpenBSD httpd?=20 Since Apache on OpenBSD runs in a CHROOT by default, it may be what's causing your problem. I get the exact same result om my OpenBSD box with a dynamically linked aspell binary available inside the CHROOT, and has as of yet not had any luck satisfying its dependancies.
