#16 Help needs kinetic scrolling to be finger friendly

The help dialog currently uses a scrollbar which is not particularly finger friendly, rather than kinetic scrolling which is the preferred scrolling method for Maemo 5, and what a user might expect.

I agree. I also think the dialogue should be larger so that more text can be displayed at once. When I first entered it, it wasn't obvious there was more text!
