[Ildjit-all-ml] New release

Hi all,
    I am glad to announce the new release of ILDJIT 0.8.0 called
"Sloth-mania"!

There are several significant improvements in this release including:
- a tremendous extension to the public API that external tools can use
- a significant improvement to the documentation of the project
- a restructuring to the backend API
