[Ildjit-all-ml] iljit, libiljitmm and Tester upgraded

Hi,
    iljit, libiljitmm have been upgraded in order to fix a bug inside 
the CIL->IR translator for the call sites where the return value is a 
TypedReference.
Moreover, they have been upgraded in order to fix a bug inside the 
Decimal internal methods.
Some new tests are added to the regression test Tester.
