Is there a way to easily download a recent IVKM build? I noted the latest available download here is a few years old:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/ikvm/files/

If there isn't a download of a recent build available, how hard is IVKM to build? (I'm an experienced Java programmer using Eclipse and a fairly new C# programmer using Visual Studio Community Edition and Monodevelop.)

If I get a build from the recent source code tree working, is there an easy way we can make it available to other users/programmers on the IVKM web site?
