Thanks for the response. They've since reported that the same condition is occurring on a second machine. Any suggestions how we go about getting the Java stack trace (short of doing a diagnostic Saxon build to catch the exception in the Java code)? I'm not sure how the exception object that they eventually catch in their .NET code relates to the Java exception object that has worked its way down the stack. Will it be the same object, with a method to get the Java stack trace? Or will the .NET exception encapsulate the Java exception in some way?
