#1743 Privoxy : on or off?

Hi.
I got 2 contradictory messages:
1:
"Privoxy is not being used
https://www.privoxy.org/config/
2:
"This is Privoxy 3.0.32 on xxxx (127.0.0.1), port 8118, enabled
http://config.privoxy.org/show-status

Isnt't there a test page with shown effects?

You used 'https://' and apparently did NOT have
{ +https-inspection }
enabled for privoxy.org

goto http://config.privoxy.org/show-url-info
and put the URL in the "Look up the actions for a URL:" text box to
see what Privoxy will do with it. I'm betting you'll have the line
-https-inspection
under the "Final results:"

2:

which does not have the "s"; i.e. plain http, no encryption
