The documentation says that:

If both admin-address and proxy-info-url are unset, the whole "Local Privoxy Support" box on all generated pages will not be shown.

I have neither of those set but the Local Privoxy Support is still being shown.

I am running 3.0.23.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the report.

Please post the HTML code you get when requesting:
http://config.privoxy.org/show-status

Depending on your configuration, you may want to mask
parts of it first.

It would also be good to know if you can reproduce
the problem with the default configuration.
