#944 Examples of referrer taggers

It would be great if the next version of privoxy provides useful, working example of taggers in the default.action or in documentation.
Although they look as a powerful and useful tool, it’s hard to figure out how they can be made to work.
I have the impression (but maybe I’m wrong) that they could use for following actions. If affirmative, it would be nice to know how:
Based on referrer, could they be used to block facebook buttons on webpages, without blocking facebook if one is on facebook website.
Based on referrer, could they be used to unblock ad-domains, only if they are referred on websites which detect ad-blocking and deny access?
The topic was already addressed, for example in https://sourceforge.net/p/ijbswa/support-requests/1724/ but the given examples did not work.
