#922 is there code for stopping all javascript and applets and flash ?

greetings,

looking for code i can copy paste in my action file that stops all javascript and applets and flash ?

i am not good at writing code with privoxy - just some macros on autoit from time to time , i was looking for a privoxy forum but this ok too.

i use privoxy with widecap to force some applications-programs i use to stop poping me banners and ads.

so far what i did was make a rule on widecap to only allow connection to the authentication and login server , all other adresses are going through privoxy , it works ! :P

ideally i would just like to use a privoxy block code or code in general i can put in the actions file ( i assume ) so it blocks all javascripts - applets and flash ( flash for the ads i assume again )

Privoxy can't reliably block or filter all JavaScript etc.

If you want to block or filter certain JavaScript code you know about in advance, you can do it if the code doesn't change.

keep in mind if u use widecap that it might hook on internet programs even if its not active or even loaded .

it hooked on pankbaster ( that thing some games use , like cod4 , moh etc ) and it resulted in huge lag and couldnt join servers

fortunately i spotted it was widecaps fault and removed it. now i only use it :(install it) when necessary
