It happens in normal viewing. However...I tested it on 5 different boxes and only one of them showed the error. Perhaps we should ignore this phenomenen and if it reoccurs on other boxes I will get more detailed info.

And rotation won't work in IE7/8 as they don't support CSS3 transforms. But does work in IE9+, Firefox, Chrome, Safari and Opera etc.
