iget is a simple flat file database that lets you add and search anything
you want to remember. simple put, greps through a text file that just
has a list of common phone number, tasks, commands, things you want to find
quickly.

There are 3 files:

  1. iget - CGI perl script that drives the web interface
  2. iphone-iget.css - is the css file to support iphone
  3. Get.png - is the graphic image if iget gets "Add to Home Screen" on iphone

Put all these files in their appropriate places and modify their
paths in the "iget" perl cgi script.

Make sure the "$data" path is in a read/write area by the web server.

All you have to do is pass "WHO" will be using iGet. It will create a
data file based off what is passed to "WHO" (No Spaces). So use the URL:

http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/cgi-bin/iget?WHO=NameHere

A data file should have been created by iget, check and see.

To use on your iphone, make sure your iphone can connect to your web server.
You may need to open up your router if you want to connect from the internet.
Otherwise, to play it safe, just use it over your local wifi network.

Have Fun.....
