Hi all, Well, at least some news on iFolder is better than none I guess. Its a real shame, I think Novell has really missed the ball on this one. The iFolder project just seems to barely limp along with very slow progress. Given how much coverage some "web 2.0" companies get with products that are/were similar to iFolder its really surprising how low profile Novell have kept iFolder. The iFolder product is a cracking idea, but just one that never seems to have been given any pro-longed focus. It seems that Novell just don't know what to do with it. I know your saying its going to be in OES 2, but is OES even a major focus of Novell? Now I didn't go to Brainshare '07, and to be honest I've kind of lost track of Novell's message over the past year - but iFolder has such wide opportunities in both corporate and even hosted personal usage that its sad its been neglected over the years, and looks to be neglected for the foreseeable future. Anyway, thats just my thoughts as someone who has drifted away from Novell in the past year or two.. Cheers, Steve.
