#3 Flash Current as Parameter

I added code to v1.9 of the program to take the median flash current as a parameter. This allows flash current data from a lightning detection network to be used to develop the flash current density distribution rather than taking a fixed 31 kA value. A new command switch '-c' is added to pass the median flash current to the program. If -c is not used, the default value of 31 kA is used, thus preserving compatibility with previous behavior of the program.

It would be nice to be able to set this parameter in the Excel spreadsheet template file and pass it to the program as a command line switch, but I'm not sure how to do that.
